Returns
Do You Accept Returns?
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, but if there is a concern with your order, reach out to us and we would be happy to help.
Please pay attention to product listings before ordering such as size and what it is used for (such as laptop and tablet sleeves).
Is there a free shipping option?
Yes! Any order or $150 US Dollars will receive free shipping.
When Should I expect my order?
Because of the handmade nature of the business, most items are made to order and could take longer than others to make. The longest wait time in the shop will be 1-2 weeks for specialty items like customized tote bags.
Alternate Findings will do everything in their power to make sure the products get to customers in the shortest amount of time possible without sacrificing on quality and craftsmanship.
Do you offer discounts for large volume orders?
At this time we do not have a wholesale program in place, but if you think you have a big enough order and would like a conversation, feel free to send us a message under the contact us tab on this page.

What Are Your Shipping Times?
Shipping times will be listed during checkout. It depends on which option you choose at that time.
What do you ship your products in?
That depend on the order. We use a combination of poly mailers, boxes, bubble mailers, and rigid mailers for our products.

What Kind of Fabrics Do You Use?
We use a variety of fabrics at Alternate Findings including cotton, cotton poly blends, and others.
Are all of the products handmade?
Yes! We are at the sewing machine, at the computer doing the design work, at the table braiding the macrame cord, and cutting out the bookmarks you use for your favorite books!
All of the products are made in house with love and care. If you have any questions or would like something custom, reach out and we will see what we can do!
Do you offer Custom products or take product suggestions?
There will be certain items on the site that can be customized. If you see something that does not have a custom option, reach out via the contact us tab on this page and we will see what we can do.
